It takes a lot of work to develop and implement policies that fairly ensure everyone’s safety. This is the responsibility of those who work in careers within the Government and Public Administration career cluster. This career cluster includes positions that are involved in writing laws and planning where to allocate public resources. They are also involved in administering laws that have already been put in place. All military service people are included in this cluster, but it does not include law enforcement. The level of education required to work in this cluster is varied. Many jobs in the military only require a high school diploma. Other careers in this cluster will require a college degree, including some as high as a doctorate (e.g., judge).
Tax examiners, collectors, and revenue agents ensure that federal, state, and local governments get their tax money from businesses and citizens. They review tax returns, conduct audits, identify taxes owed, and collect overdue tax payments.
An aviation structural mechanic serves as a mechanic on airplanes who deals with various systems including the landing system, brakes, hydraulics, wheels, and various controls (among many other things).

They may review plans submitted by developers, assess the feasibility of these proposals, and make recommendations about whether or not developers can proceed. They stay up to date on local building codes and legislation.
